About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid media, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other digital channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, tracking, and reporting.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop effective ad copies and creatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient utilization across campaigns.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
- Run A/B tests to refine targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align campaign strategy with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 25 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and campaign attribution models.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing fundamentals.
- Experience working with B2B and/or B2C brands.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
