Role Overview

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise paid ad campaigns across platforms. You'll handle everything from strategy and execution to reporting and lead generation, with a focus on driving real business outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Amazon Ads

Manage budgets and optimise for CPL, ROAS, and ROI

Conduct keyword research and audience targeting

Build lead generation funnels and coordinate handoff to client CRMs

Collaborate with the creative team on ad copy and visuals

Track performance and deliver clear, actionable reports

Requirements

3+ years of experience in paid advertising / performance marketing

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel)

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus

Experience in Travel, Hospitality, or Lead Gen sectors is an advantage
