Own end-to-end B2B performance marketing—drive qualified leads, optimize funnels, and scale campaigns across global markets with clear ROI accountability.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, Google (Search/Display/YouTube), and Meta
- Build and manage full-funnel B2B lead generation (landing pages, WhatsApp, email journeys)
- Set up and maintain GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Own budget allocation, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Improve conversion rates (CRO) through data-driven experimentation
- Align closely with sales to track lead quality and pipeline impact
- Create dashboards and reports that explain what worked, what didn't, and why
KPIs You Will Be Measured On
- Qualified leads generated (not just form fills)
- Cost per Lead (CPL) & Cost per Qualified Lead (CPQL)
- Conversion rates across funnel stages
- Campaign ROAS and pipeline contribution
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion (with sales feedback)
- Tracking accuracy (no data gaps)
Must-Have Skills
- 2–4 years in B2B performance marketing
- Hands-on expertise in:
- LinkedIn Ads (ABM, lead gen forms, website conversions)
- Google Ads (Search intent, keyword strategy, bidding)
- GA4 + Google Tag Manager (event tracking, debugging)
Strong understanding of:
- Buyer intent & funnel strategy
- Attribution (multi-touch preferred)
- Landing page optimization & CRO
- Ability to translate data into decisions, not just reports
