About the Role
Mobikasa is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Expert to manage and scale paid media campaigns for our US-based clients.
What you'll work on:
Google Ads & Meta Ads
TikTok, Reddit & Pinterest Ads
Google Shopping & e-commerce campaigns
Campaign strategy, optimization & scaling
Keyword, audience & competitor research
ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC & conversion analysis
Performance reporting and client communication
What we're looking for:
5+ years of hands-on PPC / Performance Marketing experience
Strong Google Ads & Meta Ads expertise
Solid e-commerce / Google Shopping experience
Strong analytical and optimization skills
Excellent English communication
Agency experience is a plus
