We are looking for a data-driven Meta Ads Specialist who can blend creative strategy with analytical rigor to scale our acquisition channels to the next level.

Role Overview
As our Performance Marketer, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. You won't just be running ads—you will be responsible for profitable scaling. You will manage significant monthly ad spends, driving new customer acquisition (NCAC) while maintaining healthy ROAS. You will work directly with the Head of Ecommerce and the creative team to crack the code on viral, high-converting creatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Strategy
- Own the Meta Ad Account: Plan, execute, and optimize conversion-focused campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for RENEE's various product lines (Lips, Face, Eyes, Fragrance).
- Full-Funnel Strategy: Manage the entire funnel from cold traffic (Prospecting) to high-intent retargeting (DPA/Catalog Sales), ensuring optimal frequency and reach.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize ROAS and volume, ensuring we hit daily and monthly revenue targets.
2. Creative Strategy & Testing (Critical)
- Creative Iteration: Act as the feedback loop between data and design. Analyze creative performance (Thumb-stop ratio, CTR, Hook rate) and brief the creative team on what content is winning.
- A/B Testing: Relentlessly test new angles, hooks, ad formats (Reels, Carousels, Statics), and landing pages to lower CPA.
- Trend Spotting: Identify trending audio, visual styles, and competitor ads in the Indian beauty space and adapt them for RENEE.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Deep Dive Analytics: Monitor key metrics daily (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, AOV) and spot trends early.
- Attribution & Tracking: Ensure Pixel health, CAPI (Conversions API) accuracy, and event matching quality are at 100%.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights (not just data dumps) for the leadership team.
4. Growth & Innovation
- Audience Segmentation: Build and refine high-quality custom audiences (LTV-based lookalikes, website visitors, video viewers) to improve targeting precision.
- Platform Updates: Stay ahead of Meta's algorithm changes, policy updates, and new ad products to keep RENEE at the forefront of digital marketing.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, specifically with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Industry Fit: Prior experience in D2C Beauty, Fashion, or Personal Care is highly preferred. You must understand the visual nature of selling beauty products.
- Budget Scale: Proven track record of managing 8 Figure monthly ad spends or demonstrated ability to scale).
- Tools: Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Mindset: You are an analytical creative. You understand that today, the Creative is the Targeting.
