Role Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience scaling multiple D2C brands (agency experience preferred). The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and maximizing ROAS across paid channels, while also strengthening organic visibility through SEO and LLM optimization strategies. This role will enable you to work with multiple D2C brands and not just myBageecha.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
Optimize CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA
Plan and execute full-funnel growth strategies
Conduct A/B testing and in-depth performance analysis
Collaborate closely with creative, content, and brand teams
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic
Perform technical, on-page, and content SEO optimizations
Drive LLM optimization strategies to enhance discoverability across AI-driven search experiences
Optimize content structure for AI search, featured snippets, and generative engine visibility
Requirements
3–4 years of performance marketing experience in D2C brands
Experience handling multiple brands and sizeable ad budgets
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
Practical knowledge of SEO including keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization
Understanding of AI search ecosystems and LLM optimization frameworks
