About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Sr Performance Marketing Specialist to manage the client account across multiple APAC markets. You'll own campaign delivery end-to-end from setup and optimisation to insights and reporting working closely with regional teams and partners.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know your way around multiple ad platforms, and can balance creativity with analytics; this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360 & CM360
- Manage campaign setup, QA, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
- Build advanced media plans, budgets, and EOC (End of Campaign) reports with insights
- Coordinate across markets - Singapore, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia
- Liaise with partners like Singapore Airlines (SQ) and Tourism New Zealand (TNZ)
- Troubleshoot issues and manage multi-channel operations seamlessly
- Maintain high attention to detail and structured organization in all deliverables
What You'll Bring
- 47 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, or campaign management
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google DV360, CM360, and Google Ads
- Skilled in Looker Studio / Google Data Studio and advanced Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and reporting mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Comfortable managing multi-market, multi-time-zone campaigns
Nice to Have
- Experience working on airline, travel, or tourism brands
- Familiarity with APAC media ecosystems
