We're expanding our performance marketing division to onboard a skilled Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google Ads - managing large budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes for our E-commerce clients.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Proven years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads for E-commerce clients.
  • Proven track record in achieving conversion and sales-driven results.
  • Prior agency experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.
  • Expertise in setting up and managing end-to-end conversion tracking on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns based on event data and attribution insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, including WhatsApp marketing, email automation, or retargeting workflows.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for performance analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A mindset that embraces continuous learning, testing, and iteration.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for ad copies & video scripts.
  • Client-facing experience with clear communication & strategy presentation.
  • Experience or familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, analytics, or creative production.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Plan, launch, and optimize conversion-focused campaigns across Meta & Google Ads.
  • Manage and analyze ad spends across multiple brands, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking across all ad platforms and analytics tools.
  • Drive marketing automation initiatives, including WhatsApp workflows, remarketing, and audience retention funnels.
  • Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and tech teams to ensure ad-to-landing page alignment.
  • Build and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports, extracting insights & next-step actions.
  • Develop creative briefs, ad copies, and video scripts in collaboration with the design team.
  • Suggest strategies for scaling winning campaigns and reducing CAC.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to align on performance goals and outcomes.
