Job Summary: We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to scale our digital acquisition engine across Google, Meta, and other performance channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing high-volume monthly budgets, optimizing lead funnels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads with a combined budget of 1520 Lakhs per month.

Drive measurable improvements in CPL, CAC, ROAS, and overall lead quality.

Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

2. Creative Strategy & Visual Development

Collaborate with design teams to develop high-performing creatives using AI-enabled tools (static, video, and motion graphics).

Translate campaign insights into creative direction aligned with brand guidelines.

3. Stakeholder Management

Work closely with Sales, Product, Content, and Leadership teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.

Present campaign performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

Manage agency partners, freelancers, or creative vendors as needed.

4. Customer Acquisition & Lead Funnel Management

Own the full acquisition funnelfrom top-of-funnel reach to qualified lead conversion.

Analyze funnel drop-offs and optimize landing pages, lead flows, and nurturing journeys.

Collaborate with CRM teams to improve lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows.

5. B2B SaaS Focus

Develop and run targeted campaigns tailored to B2B buyers, decision-makers, industries, and user personas.

Build segmented campaigns to support product launches, demos, trials, and events.

6. Website & Analytics Ownership

Monitor website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and other analytics tools.

Track and report on conversion metrics, attribution models, and source-wise acquisition insights.

Recommend landing page optimizations and funnel improvements based on data.

Qualifications and Skills:

14 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for B2B SaaS or digital-first businesses.

Proven track record managing Google & Meta budgets of 1520L/month.

Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, landing page optimization, and conversion metrics.

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, CRM workflows, and attribution tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
