Role Overview
We're hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), e-commerce marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys numbers, execution, and fast learning in a high-velocity environment.
You'll work closely with senior marketers, catalog teams, and operations to drive visibility, conversions, and sales across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Meta)
- Execute and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (traffic, conversion, catalog, retargeting).
- Manage creatives, audiences, budgets, and daily performance tracking.
- Track and improve CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers.
Marketplace Advertising & Integration
- Manage ads on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces (Sponsored Products, Search & Display).
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and search term analysis.
- Coordinate with catalog teams to improve listings (titles, images, keywords).
- Support MetaMarketplace integrations (catalog feeds, product ads, tracking).
Quick Commerce Portal Management
- Manage brand presence on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now, and similar platforms.
- Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and visibility across q-commerce portals.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns, banners, and visibility programs.
- Track platform-level metrics like availability %, impressions, conversions, and sales.
- Align marketing pushes with inventory and demand spikes.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track daily performance across Meta, marketplaces, and quick commerce portals.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and action points.
- Ensure correct tracking using pixels, events, and platform dashboards.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with design/content teams to brief creatives.
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and finance to align campaigns with stock and pricing.
- Stay updated with ad policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of experience in performance marketing / e-commerce marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and at least one marketplace or q-commerce platform.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce funnels and unit economics.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and execution speed.
Good to Have
- Experience with D2C, FMCG, fresh produce, or high-frequency categories.
- Exposure to catalog ads, product feeds, or q-commerce promotions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, or reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of retention or remarketing basics.
