About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels
  
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
  
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize for best results
  
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams as needed
  
• Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track results
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in running paid marketing campaigns
  
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics
  
• Good communication and analytical skills
  
• Bonus: Experience in health, wellness, or nutraceutical brands
