MatchToCollege.com India's first AI-powered college discovery & counselling platform is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialistwho is equally expert inMeta Ads, Google Ads and SEO. This role is for a compact operator who can run end-to-end acquisition & organic growth: strategy, execution, tracking, optimisation and reporting. You will own paid + organic funnels and work directly with the Founder to scale lead-generation and lower CPL.
Core Responsibilities:
Meta Ads
- Full-funnel campaign design, setup & optimization (Lead gen, Traffic, Retargeting, Conversion).
- Deep implementation & troubleshooting of Pixel + Conversion API (CAPI), server-side tagging, event mapping.
- Audience strategy: custom audiences, lookalikes, intent layering, sequential retargeting.
- Creative & copy A/B testing, learning-phase optimization and scaling winners.
- Analytics: interpret ad diagnostics, learning phase behavior, and reduce CPL.
Google Ads
- End-to-end management of Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max & YouTube campaigns.
- Precise keyword research, intent mapping, SKAG/RSLA setups, negative keyword strategy.
- Bidding strategies, smart bidding oversight, Quality Score improvements.
- Conversion tracking, GA4 + GTM setup and integrating offline conversions.
SEO & Content
- In-depth keyword research, topical cluster planning & SERP intent alignment.
- On-page SEO (schema, titles, meta, headings), technical audits (crawl, speed, indexation).
- Work with content (create briefs, optimize posts) to achieve first-page rankings for target keywords.
- Backlink strategy fundamentals, internal linking and content promotion for organic visibility.
- Measure organic funnel performance and tie SEO wins to lead metrics.
Tracking & Reporting
- Implement & maintain comprehensive tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4, UTM governance).
- Build dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- A/B testing roadmaps and conversion rate optimization (CRO) collaboration with product/UX.
What we requires:
- 12 yearsof real, demonstrable, hands-on experience running live campaigns and SEO that moved metrics.
- Proven results:share campaign screenshots / analytics / brief case notes showing CPL/CPA improvements, ROAS, traffic & keyword rank wins.
- Deep technical knowledge: Pixel + CAPI, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, UTM logic.
- Comfortable running both paid and organic strategies end-to-end not just basic knowledge.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with numbers; you must be able to diagnose & fix issues.
- Ownership mentality you'll be the one building processes and owning outcomes.
- Excellent communication you'll work directly with the Founder; clarity matters.
What will make you stand out:
- Screenshots of successful campaigns (before/after metrics).
- Evidence of SEO rises (keyword positions, organic traffic growth, blog-to-lead conversions).
- Experience with lead-gen in education/edtech or similar high-intent categories.
- Experience with server-side tracking or advanced CAPI implementations.
