Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive qualified leads and student enrollments. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets and bids, conducting A/B tests on creatives and landing pages, and generating regular performance reports. The role involves close collaboration with admissions, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with enrollment goals and brand positioning. The specialist will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to refine targeting and improve campaign ROI.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage internal stakeholders and prospective students effectively.
- Proficiency in Market Research to understand audience behavior, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to design performance-driven campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic CRM usage.
- Ability to interpret data, create clear performance reports, and make data-informed optimization decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
