Performance Marketing

Sheopal's, a leading Ayurvedic & Health-Wellness D2C brand, is hiring a PPC Ads Manager with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Native Ads (Taboola, MGID, TrafficStars, ExoClick). The ideal candidate must be performance-driven and capable of scaling high-budget campaigns profitably within the Ayurvedic/health & wellness or Nutraceuticals niche. 

Key Responsibilities 

-Strong expertise in Lead Generation campaigns

-Manage & optimize Google Search, Display, PMax, YouTube -Run high-ROI Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

-Execute & scale Native Ads: Taboola, MGID, RevContent, TrafficStars, ExoClick

-Create & test landing pages, funnels & creative

-Daily monitoring of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC & conversions

-Handle ad budgets of ₹50k – ₹3L/day -Improve quality of leads & drive revenue growth

-Report performance insights to management 

Required Skills  

4–7 yrs experience in performance marketing Strong knowledge of Meta, Google & Native networks (Mandatory) Experience in high-volume D2C/eCommerce campaigns Good understanding of pixels, tracking, GTM, UTMs Strong analytical & Excel skills Experience with adult/native traffic (TrafficStars/ExoClick) is a plus 

Preferred Industry 

Candidate's current or last company must be from Ayurveda / Wellness / Nutraceutical
