Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing high-performing advertising campaigns across various online channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms, to increase quality leads, improve conversion efficiency, and enhance brand awareness.
This role requires a combination of analytical, creative, strategic, and AI-driven thinking to develop scalable and efficient campaign structures while leveraging automation and marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
- Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, creatives, tracking, bidding strategies, and reporting.
- Continuously test ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Candidate must have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing yearly marketing ad spends exceeding ₹1 Crore across multiple digital advertising platforms.
2. Strategy Development
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and generate leads at optimal CAC.
- Identify growth opportunities across platforms, audience cohorts, and funnel stages.
- Build scalable performance marketing frameworks aligned with business objectives.
3. AI & Automation-Driven Optimization
- Utilize AI-powered tools and platform automation features for campaign optimization, audience analysis, bid management, creative testing, and reporting.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Meta Advantage+, Google AI features, and automation platforms to improve productivity and campaign performance.
- Implement data-driven decision-making using predictive insights, automated rules, and performance forecasting.
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and integrate relevant tools into marketing workflows.
4. Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Prepare detailed reports and actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Monitor attribution, tracking accuracy, and funnel performance across channels.
- Candidate must have strong knowledge of Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and other relevant tracking and attribution tools.
- A strong understanding of event tracking, server-side tracking, attribution models, and campaign performance measurement is required.
5. Budget Management
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI across campaigns.
- Ensure effective allocation of budgets across channels, geographies, and campaign objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing with strong expertise in Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex, and multi-vertical campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets/Super metrics and reporting dashboards.
- Experience with tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with bid management and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and automation workflows.
- Experience with CRM integrations, lead funnel optimization, and attribution models.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have experience managing yearly ad spends of ₹1 Cr+ across digital platforms.
