Cosma is building the future of women's fertility and reproductive healthcare through science-backed, personalized interventions.
We are building a category-defining women's health brand in India and are looking for a growth-obsessed D2C marketer to help us scale customer acquisition, conversion and retention profitably.
You will work directly with the founder and own growth like an entrepreneur.
What You'll Own
You will own the entire growth funnel:
Awareness → Acquisition → Conversion → Retention → Repeat Purchase
Customer Acquisition
* Scale customer acquisition through:
* Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
* Google Ads
* YouTube
* Influencer collaborations
* Organic growth
* Affiliate partnerships
* Improve paid marketing efficiency:
* Lower CAC
* Improve ROAS
* Increase conversion

Website & Funnel Optimization
* Improve website conversion rates
* Optimize landing pages and funnel performance
* Work on:
* Checkout optimization
* Lead conversion
* Booking funnels
* WhatsApp conversion
* Run continuous A/B testing on:
* Creatives
* Offers
* Hooks
* Landing pages
* Sales pages
Retention & CRM
Build customer retention systems across:
* WhatsApp automation
* Email journeys
* CRM campaigns
* Re-engagement funnels
* Repeat purchase strategy
Tools experience preferred:
Klaviyo, WebEngage, HubSpot, MoEngage, CleverTap or similar
Analytics & Growth
You should be comfortable tracking and improving:
* CAC
* ROAS
* MER
* LTV
* AOV
* Conversion rate
* Retention rate
* Repeat purchase rate
* Funnel drop-offs
You should be able to analyze campaign performance and make decisions using data.
Cross-functional Execution
* Work closely with founders, design, content and operations teams
* Coordinate creatives for performance campaigns
* Bring fresh growth ideas and execute rapidly
* Operate in a fast-moving startup environment
Who You Are
Must-Have
✅ 2–5 years experience in D2C Growth / Performance Marketing
✅ Must have worked in a consumer-facing D2C brand
✅ Hands-on experience managing:
* Meta Ads
* Google Ads
✅ Strong understanding of:
* Customer acquisition
* Conversion funnels
* Website sales
* Performance marketing
* Retention
✅ Experience with:
* Website optimization
* Landing pages
* Funnel building
* Growth experiments
✅ Strong analytical ability
✅ Comfortable working in a startup and moving fast
Preferred Background
Candidates from companies like:
Pee Safe, Be Bodywise, Kapiva, OZiva, HealthKart, Tata 1mg, Minimalist, Pilgrim, Mamaearth, Foxtale, The Derma Co, FMCG/consumer brands, wellness startups, nutrition brands, quick commerce or high-growth D2C startups
