We are hiring Digital Marketing – Client Partner / Growth Manager
Role Overview
This role is primarily client-facing and growth-driven. While a strong understanding of digital marketing is essential, the core responsibility is to win new business, manage client communication, and translate marketing work into clear, compelling narratives through presentations and reports. You will act as the bridge between clients and the internal execution team.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Pitching
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Lead client pitches, including discovery, proposal creation, and presentation
- Develop customized pitch decks aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to build strategic proposals
Client Communication & Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Own all client communication (calls, emails, updates, follow-ups)
- Understand client expectations and ensure alignment with internal teams
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
- Presentation & Storytelling
- Create high-quality presentations (pitch decks, strategy decks, review decks)
- Simplify complex marketing data into clear, impactful narratives
- Present ideas, strategies, and performance insights confidently
Reporting & Insights
- Work with internal teams to gather campaign data and performance metrics
- Summarize reports into client-friendly insights and key takeaways
- Highlight wins, gaps, and actionable recommendations
Internal Coordination
- Act as the liaison between clients and delivery teams (performance, content)
- Ensure briefs are clearly communicated and outputs meet client expectations
- Track deliverables and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing / client servicing / account management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid ads etc.)
- Proven experience in pitching and closing clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and storytelling ability (PowerPoint / Google Slides expertise)
- Ability to understand data and convert it into business insights
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
Preferred Background
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or consulting environment
- Exposure to multiple industries (e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, etc.)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GSC, Google Analytics, ad platforms)
