Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive D2C website revenue growth, user acquisition, and conversion
  • Plan and execute high-performance Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads) with budget ownership of 1 Cr+ monthly
  • Optimize website funnel metrics including CTR, CVR, bounce rate, and time on site
  • Identify opportunities to reduce CAC and improve ROAS through structured experimentation
  • Oversee website merchandising, banners, offer placements, and product positioning
  • Analyze user behavior and drop-offs using GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce growth marketing (Startup), specifically for FMCG or consumer brands
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads across high monthly spends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently on growth hypotheses
  • Prior experience improving CAC, ROAS, and website conversion metrics at scale
