Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and analytically strong Performance Marketing Executive with 5 + years of specialization in Google Search. This role will focus on scaling high-intent user acquisition through search-led demand capture, while optimising CAC, conversion rates, and ROI across the funnel. The role complements broader app growth efforts by owning bottom-of-funnel efficiency and intent-based acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Google Search Campaign Execution & Optimisation
Plan, launch, and continuously optimise Google Search campaigns across brand, generic, competitor, and category keywords.
Structure accounts for scalability, efficiency, and Quality Score improvement.
Own keyword expansion, pruning, and search term mining.
Performance Optimisation & Experimentation
Conduct regular A/B tests on ad copies, extensions, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Improve CTR, Quality Score, CVR, CPA/CAC, and ROAS through data-driven optimisation.
Collaborate with product and landing page teams to improve conversion performance.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Track and analyze performance using Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and internal dashboards.
Monitor full-funnel metrics including intent-to-install, activation, and transaction signals where applicable.
Share regular performance reports with clear insights and optimisation actions.
Budget & ROI Ownership
Manage and optimize daily and monthly budgets across search campaigns.
Allocate spends dynamically based on performance, marginal ROI, and business priorities.
Key Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns with meaningful budget ownership.
Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, attribution, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Excel (or equivalent).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Clear communication and structured reporting abilities.
