Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms to drive high-quality leads, conversions, and revenue. The role demands strong analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and continuous optimization to improve ROI and scale growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Display, and other paid channels
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization aligned with business goals
  • Monitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Own and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and funnels
  • Collaborate with creative, design, product, and sales teams to improve funnel performance
  • Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights through regular performance reports
  • Track and improve website and landing page performance using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and heat-mapping tools
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing
  • Manage external agencies or vendors, if applicable

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of performance funnels, attribution models, and analytics
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in D2C, real estate, interiors, ed-tech, or high-consideration businesses is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • MBA / Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage
  • 47 years in performance / digital marketing
