We're hiring aPerformance Marketing Executive / Associatewithat least 1 year of hands-on experiencemanaging20 L+ per month in ad spendsacrossGoogle Ads and Meta.

What you'll do

• Strategise, launch, and optimiseGoogle & Meta ad campaignsacross multiple clients.

Manage large-scale budgets with strong ROI discipline.

Track, analyse, and report performance you'll know what's working (and what's not) before anyone else.

• Collaborate with our creative and analytics teams to align storytelling with performance

Stay curious: test new formats, audiences, and ideas we reward experimentation.

What we're looking for

• 2-3 yearsof experience in a digital marketing agency or equivalent setup.
• Experience in E-commerce domian is a must.

Proven ability to handlemulti-account campaign managementand scaling budgets.

Solid understanding ofconversion tracking, pixel setup, bidding strategies, and ad performance analysis.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical chops and Excel skills.

It's a remote option.
