Key Responsibilities
Own and manage large-scale performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient
spend and strong ROI
Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Bing, and other paid channels
Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion,
retention) aligned with business goals
Drive campaign planning, forecasting, and budget allocation at scale
Analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA) and translate data into actionable
insights
Oversee ad creatives, landing page performance, and conversion optimization in
collaboration with design and product teamsConduct advanced experimentation (A/B testing, audience expansion, bid strategies,
new channels)
Build and maintain strong reporting frameworks and dashboards for leadership
visibility
Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging growth opportunities
