Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Drive high-intent conversions (bookings, purchases, sign-ups)
  • Build and optimise full-funnel campaign structures (TOF, MOF, BOF)
  • Set up and manage Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking
  • Identify drop-offs in the funnel and continuously improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate on high-performing ad creatives
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-backed decisions
  • Optimise budgets based on performance, scalability, and ROI signals
  • Build clear, actionable reports

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Proven track record of generating consistent bookings, purchase or revenue through ads
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Deep understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), event tracking, Attribution, tracking issues, and data discrepancies
  • Experience with landing page optimisation and conversion funnels
