Performance Marketer

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Role Summary

This is not a campaign management role. This is ownership of the growth engine.

As a Performance Marketer at Rao Consultants, you will be responsible for driving high-intent leads across Meta and Google, optimizing every step from click to conversion. This includes ads, landing pages, forms, tracking, and CRM feedback loops.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales - ensuring that performance is not measured in clicks or impressions, but in qualified leads and business outcomes.

What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent flow of high-quality leads across services (Study Abroad, PR, Work Visas, Coaching)
  • Reduced cost per qualified lead through continuous optimization
  • Strong alignment between ads, landing pages, and CRM outcomes
  • Clear visibility on performance through structured reporting and insights
  • Ability to identify and scale what works, and cut what doesn't
Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Build and improve landing pages (WordPress or similar CMS) focused on conversion
  • Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and funnels
  • Set up and manage tracking systems (pixels, events, conversion APIs, GTM)
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution across platforms and CRM
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights for scaling
  • Work closely with sales and counseling teams to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Own the full funnel - from impression to lead to revenue impact
  • Continuously experiment with new strategies, audiences, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing (Meta + Google Ads mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and landing page optimization
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar website builders
  • Proficiency in tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into clear actions
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead pipelines is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
  • Clear communication and an ownership-driven work style
