We're hiring an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our Ahmedabad team.
## META ADS SPECIALIST ONLY - BASED IN AHMEDABAD - ON-SITE ROLE ##
Location: Sindhu Bhavan Road. Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm & no weekend.
We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who can manage end-to-end campaigns — from creative ideas and ad angles to campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling.
You should be equally strong in creative thinking and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create ad creatives (banners, hooks, copy) using Canva + AI tools (e.g. Higgsfield)
- Develop strong ad angles and campaign concepts
- Build and manage Meta campaigns (lead gen & conversion focused)
- Set up audiences (custom, lookalike, retargeting)
- Optimise for CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS
- Run A/B tests and scale winning ads
- Manage tracking (Meta Pixel / conversions)
Requirements
- 3+ years Meta Ads experience
- Experience with Australian or US clients preferred
- Strong understanding of ad creatives, hooks, and targeting
- Skilled in Canva and familiar with AI tools
- Proven results in lead generation or sales campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset
