Role Description

Paid Media & Growth
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS & CAC
  • Build and optimise full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
Campaign Optimisation
  • Daily monitoring of spend, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • A/B test creatives, hooks, audiences, landing pages, and offers
  • Identify performance drop-offs and fix them quickly
Creative & Funnel Collaboration
  • Work closely with content & design teams to brief ad creatives
  • Translate insights from data into better hooks, angles, and offers
  • Coordinate with the website team to improve landing page conversion rates
Analytics & Reporting
  • Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion events
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights
  • Track attribution, cohorts, and repeat purchase behaviour
What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills
  • 25 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C / e-commerce
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Clear understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, funnels, and attribution
  • Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and experiments
Good to Have
  • Experience scaling spends beyond 5L10L/month
  • Knowledge of Shopify, WebEngage, Klaviyo, or WhatsApp marketing
  • Prior experience in consumer brands, FMCG, or agri / lifestyle products
