Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Acquisition & Channel Ownership
- Own and scale Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Manage budgets across brands and geographies with clear CAC, CPL, and ROI targets
- Launch and optimise campaigns for:
- Lead generation
- Conversion-driven landing pages
- Intake-based & seasonal demand (Jan / Sep intakes)
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
- Improve lead-to-conversion rates through:
- Landing page optimisation
- Funnel experiments (forms, CTAs, messaging)
- Audience segmentation and retargeting
- Work closely with Product, Design, and CRO teams to ship high-impact experiments
3. Data, Analytics & Attribution
- Own performance tracking across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM
- Ensure clean attribution using:
- UTMs
- Offline conversions
- CRM integrations
- Build and maintain performance dashboards for leadership visibility
4. Experimentation & Scale
- Run structured experiments across:
- New audiences
- New geographies
- New ad formats & creatives
- Test emerging platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, native ads) when relevant
- Identify scalable growth levers beyond obvious channels
5. Revenue & Business Impact
- Work closely with Sales and Ops teams to:
- Improve lead quality
- Reduce drop-offs
- Maximise revenue per lead
- Align campaigns with revenue targets, not just lead volume
6. Team & Agency Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal creatives, SEO, content, and tech teams
- Manage agencies/freelancers where applicable
- Mentor junior performance marketers (if applicable)
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search & PMax mandatory)
- Meta Ads (Lead Gen & Conversion campaigns)
- Proven track record of scaling budgets while maintaining efficiency
Strong understanding of:
- Funnel metrics
- Attribution models
- CRM-based lead management
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
