Job Description

Role Summary:

  • Drive user acquisition and conversion through paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms.
  • Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
  • A/B test landing pages and ad formats.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with attribution and conversion tracking.

  • Conversion tracking and pixel setup
  • A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO)
  • Landing page optimization (Unbounce, Instapage)
