About the Role

We are seeking a data-drivenPerformance Marketing Managerwith extensive experience in scalingdirect-to-consumer (D2C) brands. The ideal candidate has successfully managed monthly campaign budgets of 10 lakhs+, delivered strong ROAS, and understands the full funnel of digital customer acquisition.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels.
  • Manage and scale monthly budgets of 10 lakhs and above, with a focus on profitable growth.
  • Build full-funnel acquisition strategies for D2C websites (Awareness Consideration Retargeting Retention).
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance analysis to optimize CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
D2C Growth Strategy
  • Closely collaborate with brand, content, and product teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels.
  • Optimize product pages for better CVR using insights from heatmaps and analytics.
  • Drive CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives for the brand website.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
  • Generate clear performance dashboards and present insights to management.
  • Track user journeys, attribution, and multi-touchpoint conversions.
Retention & CRM
  • Coordinate with the CRM team for email, SMS, WhatsApp workflows to improve repeat purchase rate.
  • Leverage remarketing and upsell strategies using first-party data.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically for D2C/e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record of managing minimum 10 lakhs+ monthly ad spend.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, Pixel integrations, and UTM tracking.
  • Expertise in campaign scaling, performance optimization, and conversion-focused strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Experience working with creativesunderstanding of what works for D2C audiences.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good to Have
  • Experience with influencer-led performance campaigns.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart).
  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely.
  • Understanding of D2C operational metrics (CAC, LTV, RTO %, AOV, etc.).
