Job Description

Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a strong track record of generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth through Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing campaigns specifically targeting the USA market and should be capable of handling high-budget accounts, optimizing campaign performance, and scaling profitable lead generation and sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Management;
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Develop and execute strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the USA market.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and ROAS.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence for US-based campaigns.

Lead Generation & Revenue Growth;
  • Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and CPA.
  • Drive measurable sales and revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives.
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and customer journeys.
  • Implement remarketing and customer retention strategies.

Analytics & Tracking
  • Configure and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking systems.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and attribution models.
  • Create detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Optimization & Scaling
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.

Client & Stakeholder Communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing objectives.
  • Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and optimization plans.
  • Work closely with design, content, and development teams to improve conversion performance.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, appointments, and sales through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing campaigns specifically targeting the USA market.
  • Strong experience in B2B and/or B2C lead generation campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-budget advertising accounts.

  • Google Search Ads
  • Performance Max Campaigns
  • Display Advertising
  • YouTube Ads
  • Demand Generation Campaigns
  • Meta Lead Generation Campaigns
  • Meta Conversion Campaigns
  • Retargeting & Remarketing Strategies
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and CRM integrations.
  • Ability to independently manage campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar CRMs.
  • Experience with Looker Studio dashboards and advanced reporting.
  • Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Landing Page Optimization.
