Experience : Minimum
1 year experience in backend operations, administration etc.
Industry : E-commerce / Retail / Fashion / Service Industry
Responsibilites
- Manage and oversee daily backend operations with smooth coordination across sales.
- Maintain accurate data entries, documentation, system updates, and inventory/order records.
- Generate, analyze, and manage daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Supervise backend staff, streamline workflows, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Address escalations, coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions, and support management.
Requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage workloads, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
- Experience working with CRM systems, data tools, and backend management software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and team coordination.
