Role Overview

Qentelli is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and digital growth initiatives across global markets. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and measuring multi-channel performance marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, increase brand visibility, and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in paid media, marketing automation, conversion optimization, account-based marketing (ABM), and B2B technology marketing.

Key Responsibilities - Major Focus on Linkedin Performance Marketing

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive MQLs, SQLs, meetings, and sales pipeline.
  • Create and optimize campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers across North America, Europe, and APAC.
  • Partner with Sales, SDR, and Leadership teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
  • Support ABM initiatives targeting strategic accounts and industry verticals.

Paid Media Management

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Programmatic advertising platforms
  • Retargeting and remarketing channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Manage agency relationships and advertising budgets effectively.

Marketing Automation & Nurturing

  • Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to improve lead engagement and conversion.
  • Implement lead scoring models and audience segmentation strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance across the entire funnel.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for marketing leadership.
  • Analyze attribution data and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, messaging, and audience segments.

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Work closely with web and content teams to improve website conversion rates.
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys.
  • Implement best practices for SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Event & Campaign Support

  • Amplify major company initiatives, webinars, industry events, analyst engagements, and sponsorships through digital channels.
  • Create targeted campaigns before, during, and after events to maximize engagement and lead generation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working in B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation organizations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
  • CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of attribution, lead lifecycle management, and revenue marketing.
  • Experience managing global campaigns and budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing AI, Cloud, Digital Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Enterprise Technology services.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and website analytics.
  • Experience working with analyst relations, webinars, and enterprise events.
