Job Description

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end performance campaigns, manage clients confidently, and lead teams to deliver consistent growth across paid channels. This role blends strategy, execution, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Media Planning
  • Own media planning, budget allocation, and forecasting across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid platforms
  • Build clear, actionable media plans aligned with client objectives (ROI, ROAS, CAC, scale)
  • Translate business goals into performance strategies and test roadmaps

Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Launch, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
  • Drive performance through audience strategy, creative testing, funnel optimization, and bid strategies
  • Identify scale opportunities while maintaining efficiency

Client Communication & Ownership
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
  • Present media plans, performance insights, and growth recommendations confidently
  • Proactively flag risks, performance dips, and optimization opportunities
  • Build trust through clear communication and data-backed decision making

Team Leadership & Delegation
  • Manage and mentor executives / AMs
  • Delegate tasks clearly, set expectations, and ensure high-quality output
  • Review work regularly to maintain performance, hygiene, and best practices
  • Train team members on platforms, frameworks, and optimization techniques

Reporting & Insights
  • Own weekly / monthly performance reporting
  • Derive insights beyond metrics what worked, what didn't, and why
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy client teams for performance-led iterations

Skills & Requirements
  • 47 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong command over Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Proven experience in media planning & scaling budgets
  • Comfortable handling multiple clients and budgets simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset with a growth-first approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in training teams and managing delivery quality
