Digital Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing (Display & App Growth)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, performance-first Digital Marketing Manager to lead Display, Programmatic, and Mobile App acquisition at scale across international markets. This role requires someone who has managed large budgets, optimized on hard performance metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and has deep expertise in attribution, tracking, and mobile measurement using AppsFlyer.
If you've scaled campaigns across geographies, understand how to work with cohorts and attribution windows, and can drive installs and revenue, not just traffic, this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities
Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of Display & Programmatic campaigns across GDN, DV360, Meta Audience Network, and other networks
Deploy full-funnel acquisition strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and re engagement
Manage large monthly budgets with strict efficiency targets (CPI, CAC, ROAS, Payback Period)
Optimize bids, placements, creatives, and audience segments using performance data
Lead App Install, In-App Event & Engagement campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, and other performance channels
Drive scalable installs while improving retention, LTV, and downstream conversion metrics
Plan and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives (remarketing, deep linking, reactivation)
Plan and scale campaigns across multiple international markets (GCC/MEA/APAC/US/Europe)
Localize creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies by geography
Manage multi-currency budgets and regional performance benchmarks
Understand global compliance, privacy, and tracking nuances (SKAN, GDPR, etc.)
Hands-on ownership of AppsFlyer setup, attribution models, event tracking, deep linking, and fraud detection
Configure MMP integrations with ad platforms and analytics tools
Analyze cohorts, funnels, retention curves, and LTV to guide spend allocation
Build dashboards and performance reports with clear optimization insights
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing experiences
Identify scale levers across channels and continuously improve conversion rates
Partner with Product/Tech/Design teams to improve funnel performance and tracking
accuracy
Must-Have Skills & Experience
5–7 years in Performance Marketing / Growth / User Acquisition roles
Proven hands-on experience managing Display + Programmatic media buying
Strong experience in Mobile App performance marketing
Deep expertise in AppsFlyer (mandatory)
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (UAC + Display), Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of:
o CPI / CAC / ROAS / LTV optimization
o Attribution logic & postbacks
o Cohort & funnel analysis
o Retention metrics
Experience running international/global campaigns
Advanced Excel/Sheets + strong analytical capabilityGood to Have
DV360 or other DSP experience
Firebase / GA4 / Mixpanel / CleverTap
SQL or basic data querying skills
Experience in FinTech / Insurance / Marketplace / Consumer Tec
