Key Responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence & Research
- Conduct in-depth research on HRTech, recruitment trends, and talent supply-demand dynamics
- Analyze industry trends, hiring patterns, compensation benchmarks, and skill demand
- Develop forward-looking insights on future workforce trends and emerging roles
2. Competitor Mapping & Benchmarking
- Map key competitors including job portals, staffing firms, and HRTech platforms
- Track competitor pricing models, product offerings, and go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain structured competitive intelligence dashboards
3. Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large datasets (internal and external) to identify:
- Market gaps
- Growth opportunities
- Demand clusters across industries, locations, and skills
- Convert complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
4. Stakeholder Advisory
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, business, and product teams
- Present insights through reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Influence decision-making with clear, concise, and impactful storytelling
5. Research Design & Execution
- Design and execute primary research including surveys and interviews with employers, candidates, and HR leaders
- Build frameworks for continuous market tracking and intelligence generation
Candidate Profile
Must Have
- MBA from a Premier Tier-1 institute
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, or HRTech
- Strong understanding of talent market dynamics and hiring trends
