Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital growth and drive revenue on our
D2C website. This role involves managing 1 Cr+ monthly ad budgets, optimizing acquisition
funnels, and delivering high ROI through Meta and Google campaigns. The ideal candidate has
hands-on experience in D2C/FMCG performance marketing with a proven record of scaling paid
media, reducing CAC, and improving ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive D2C website revenue growth, acquisition, and conversion.
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
with 1 Cr+ monthly budget ownership.
Improve website funnel performance CTR, CVR, bounce rate, time on site.
Run structured A/B experiments to reduce CAC and increase ROAS.
Oversee website merchandising, banners, offers, and product positioning.
Analyze user behavior and funnel drop-offs using GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools.
Requirements
4-6 years of D2C/e-commerce performance marketing experience (FMCG/consumer
Brands Preferred).
Proven track record of handling large-scale Meta + Google Ads budgets.
Strong ability to improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates at scale.
Proficiency in analytics & CRO tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; thrives in a growth-driven environment.
