Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will own end-to-end revenue across Web and App, while also driving digital contribution to retail growth. This is a high-ownership role that goes beyond campaign execution. The role involves driving business outcomes, building scalable systems, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Ownership (Core)
- Own and scale Meta and Google Ads end-to-end
- Manage monthly budgets of ₹3–10 Cr
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
- Ensure channel-wise scalability and profitability
2. Website Performance (Primary Revenue Driver)
- Drive revenue growth through the website (Shopify)
- Improve key metrics:
- Conversion Rate (CR%)
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Collaborate with tech and CRO teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys
3. App Growth and Performance
- Own app installs, activation, and repeat usage
- Optimize:
- Cost per Install (CPI)
- App CAC
- Conversion Rate
- Retention and repeat behavior
- Work with retention teams on lifecycle marketing initiatives
4. Retail Store Contribution (Digital to Offline)
- Drive store footfall through digital campaigns
- Execute hyperlocal targeting around store catchment areas
- Track and optimize:
- Cost per store visit
- Revenue driven through digital attribution
- Support store launches with performance-led campaigns
5. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of 6–7 members
- Set clear KRAs, targets, and performance benchmarks
- Conduct regular reviews and drive accountability
- Upskill the team in:
- Creative strategy
- Data analysis
- Execution excellence
6. Revenue and Performance Ownership
- Deliver monthly revenue targets across:
- Website
- App
- Retail (digitally influenced)
- Improve key metrics:
- ROAS
- CAC
- MER / TACOS
- New customer acquisition
7. Creative Strategy
- Collaborate with brand and content teams
- Build a scalable creative pipeline (UGC, performance hooks, formats)
- Identify high-performing creatives and scale them effectively
8. Data and Analytics
- Track and analyze daily performance metrics:
- Spend, ROAS, CAC
- CTR, CVR, AOV
- Maintain strong working knowledge of:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Shopify / GA4
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement quick solutions
9. Experimentation and Scaling
- Develop a structured testing roadmap across:
- Audiences
- Creatives
- Offers
- Landing pages
- Scale winning strategies and eliminate inefficiencies
10. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Retention teams (Email, WhatsApp, App)
- Website (CRO and UX)
- Operations (inventory planning)
- Retail teams (store campaigns)

- 5–6 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C preferred)
- Proven experience managing teams of 5–7 members
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience working across web and app funnels
- Understanding of omnichannel growth (online to offline)
- Strong analytical and execution-focused mindset
- High ownership and accountability
