Manager who understands scale, efficiency, and storytelling through numbers.
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and scale paid media efforts for multiple
D2C brands. This role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong strategic thinking, and excellent
communication skills to manage clients, internal teams, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other
performance channels.
Own end-to-end performance for D2C brands CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and scale.
Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable strategies.
Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad
creatives.
Lead account-level strategy and present performance reports to clients and
stakeholders.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and scaling strategies efficiently.
Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance
marketing.
Mentor and guide junior team members when required.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, tracking, and analytics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills client-facing experience is a must.
Highly analytical with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Mumbai-based candidate preferred.
