Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on PPC, to drive qualified leads for OnlyLaw's law firm clients. Responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data to improve ROI and conversion rates across channels such as search, social, and display. The role involves collaborating closely with recruitment, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, as well as testing new campaign ideas, audience segments, and creative formats. The Performance Marketing Manager will also prepare regular performance reports, develop insights, and recommend actionable strategies to support sustained growth.
Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing expertise, including hands-on experience with PPC, paid search, paid social, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, conversion tracking, and basic attribution modeling).
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO basics, landing page best practices, and lead generation workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights and actions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B or professional services marketing; familiarity with legal or recruitment industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
