Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads for law firm clients. Responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, conducting A/B tests, refining audience targeting, and optimizing ad creatives and landing pages for conversion. The role includes tracking and analyzing campaign performance, preparing regular reports and insights, and collaborating with sales, content, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The Performance Marketing Manager will also stay current with platform updates, best practices, and competitive trends to continuously improve ROI.
Qualifications
  • Strong performance marketing experience, including hands-on management of PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and paid lead generation.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, platform dashboards) with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel performance analysis.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, tracking, attribution, and retargeting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in B2B, professional services, or recruitment/HR tech sectors is a plus; familiarity with the legal industry is an advantage but not required.
