About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in a B2B environment and knows how to generate high-intent leads at scale. You will own paid marketing end-to-end — from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting — across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads — with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Own full funnel performance metrics: CPL, Lead to MQL conversion, ROAS, and contribution.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve key metrics
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Own budget planning and allocation across channels based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. B2B experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with GA4, Google Sheets/Excel, and marketing dashboards.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Leadsquared, Salesforce, or HubSpot — and connecting campaign data to pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience with lead generation and funnel optimization; CPL and lead quality.
