Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Manager.
Location - Mumbai (WFH) / Delhi NCR (WFO)
In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimize performance based on analytics, and oversee budget allocation. The role also involves conducting data-driven analysis, setting campaign KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads & Meta
Handled spends of 50L to 1 Cr & Handled ROAS of 4 to 5 at website level
Manage GA4, GTM, GMC, and performance tracking
Work closely with design, content, and tech teams for high-impact creatives
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in e-commerce performance marketing
Hands-on with large ad budgets and multiple campaigns
Data-driven mindset with proven growth results
Experience: 46 years
