Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
    • Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
    • Myntra Ads (PLA, Search, Display)
    • Quick-commerce ad platforms such as Blinkit
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining target ROAS and TACOS benchmarks
  • Scale advertising spends efficiently while protecting contribution margins
Growth & Revenue Scaling

  • Develop platform-specific growth strategies and scale-up roadmaps
  • Identify growth opportunities through:
    • Keyword expansion
    • Catalog optimization
    • Bid management
    • Event-led sales planning
  • Improve organic product visibility using performance marketing strategies
Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize key metrics including:
    • ROAS
    • ACOS
    • TACOS
    • CTR
    • CVR
    • CPC
    • Contribution Margin
  • Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, pricing, listings, and keyword strategies
Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Manage monthly advertising budgets and revenue targets
  • Forecast sales trends and align marketing spends with inventory planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with category, content, operations, and supply teams

Campaign & Event Planning

  • Lead campaign planning and execution for major marketplace events such as:
    • Prime Day
    • Big Billion Days
    • EORS
    • Seasonal and festive campaigns
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers and platform teams to improve visibility and growth opportunities
Required Skills

Additional Information

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing marketplace ads
  • Strong expertise in Amazon and Myntra advertising ecosystems
  • Proven track record of scaling marketplace revenue
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking factors, and ad optimization
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with understanding of profitability metrics
  • Execution-focused mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
