Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
- Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
- Myntra Ads (PLA, Search, Display)
- Quick-commerce ad platforms such as Blinkit
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining target ROAS and TACOS benchmarks
- Scale advertising spends efficiently while protecting contribution margins
Growth & Revenue Scaling
- Develop platform-specific growth strategies and scale-up roadmaps
- Identify growth opportunities through:
- Keyword expansion
- Catalog optimization
- Bid management
- Event-led sales planning
- Improve organic product visibility using performance marketing strategies
Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including:
- ROAS
- ACOS
- TACOS
- CTR
- CVR
- CPC
- Contribution Margin
- Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, pricing, listings, and keyword strategies
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Manage monthly advertising budgets and revenue targets
- Forecast sales trends and align marketing spends with inventory planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with category, content, operations, and supply teams
Campaign & Event Planning
- Lead campaign planning and execution for major marketplace events such as:
- Prime Day
- Big Billion Days
- EORS
- Seasonal and festive campaigns
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and platform teams to improve visibility and growth opportunities
Required Skills

Additional Information
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing marketplace ads
- Strong expertise in Amazon and Myntra advertising ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling marketplace revenue
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking factors, and ad optimization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with understanding of profitability metrics
- Execution-focused mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
