About the Role
Forest Essentials, India's leading luxury Ayurvedic beauty brand, is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager (Marketplaces) to lead and scale paid advertising across key e-commerce platforms.
In this role, you will own end-to-end performance marketing across marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart- driving revenue growth, optimizing ROAS, and enhancing brand visibility while maintaining a premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across major marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
- Execute and optimize ad formats including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, PLA, PCA, etc.
- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: setup, optimization, budgeting, and reporting.
- Align campaigns with product priorities, inventory, and brand objectives.
2. Performance Optimization & Revenue Growth
- Track and optimize key metrics: CTR, CVR, CPC, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, keywords, bidding strategies, and placements.
- Scale high-performing campaigns and reallocate budgets effectively.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining premium brand positioning.
3. Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
- Analyse campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas.
- Present actionable insights to internal stakeholders (category, merchandising, leadership).
- Track performance during sale events, festive campaigns, and product launches.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content, creative, and category teams to improve conversion.
- Partner with sales and account teams for joint business planning.
- Support visibility strategies during key events (Prime Days, festive sales, platform promotions).
5. Marketplace & Industry Expertise
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, new ad formats, and automation tools.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
- Benchmark competitors and recommend strategic improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 6–8 years of experience in marketplace performance marketing / e-commerce advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and other marketplace platforms.
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
- Experience in beauty, luxury, or premium brands is preferred.
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven growth.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
