Performance Marketing Manager

Glood.AI is an AI commerce experience engine that helps eCommerce brands personalize shopping journeys through AI-powered product recommendations, intelligent search, AI-generated visuals, inventory optimization, and smarter upsells and cross-sells. Built for Shopify, Shopify Plus, and enterprise brands globally, we help brands convert more visitors into customers.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own growth and not just run ads.

This role is for someone who enjoys solving problems independently, learns fast, and takes complete ownership of campaigns from strategy to execution.

• Run and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X.
• Drive customer acquisition for a global B2B SaaS product.
• Write compelling ad copy and messaging.
• Plan landing page experiments and A/B tests.
• Track performance using GA4, GTM, pixels, attribution, and conversion APIs.
• Continuously optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline quality.
• Use AI tools to move faster and make smarter decisions.
  

• Has 4–6 years of performance marketing experience
• Has managed meaningful monthly ad budgets
• Understands Shopify and the D2C ecosystem deeply
• Knows Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads
• Understands attribution, pixels, GA4, GTM, conversion APIs and tracking
• Can write high-converting ad copy
• Can independently create campaign strategies
• Is comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and others to improve productivity
• Loves numbers and can explain why campaigns succeeded—or failed
• Can manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
• Thinks like an owner, not an executor
  

• Experience marketing SaaS products.
• Worked with Shopify apps or eCommerce technology.
• Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation.

Ownership matters more than titles. We're looking for builders, not campaign operators.
