Job Description
Growth at this ed-tech company has come mostly from word of mouth and a small organic content engine, and it has worked well enough that paid acquisition has never really been tried with any discipline. A sixty-person ed-tech company selling to schools and colleges is changing that, and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Performance Marketing Manager to put a real, measured budget behind growth for the first time.
You will set up and run the company's first serious paid program across search and social, build the tracking to know what is actually working, and report back in numbers the founders can act on. There is no existing playbook to inherit here, which means you will be defining what performance marketing looks like at this company rather than optimising someone else's setup.

- 4 to 9 years in performance marketing, with at least some budget you owned directly
- Comfortable building measurement and attribution from close to scratch
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads at a minimum
- Prior work in education, B2B2C, or another long-consideration category is a plus
