Performance Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing, driving qualified leads and maximizing ROI for our clients.

What you'll do:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Ads.
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to improve ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Own keyword research, audience targeting, ad copies, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
• Monitor budgets, campaign performance, and key metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and scaling.
• Collaborate closely with Product and GTM teams to align SEM strategies with business and client goals.
• Communicate campaign insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring strong execution and adherence to SEM best practices.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and/or Amazon.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, bid strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS, lead quality, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and relevant ad platforms.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong ownership and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance creative experimentation with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus.
