About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to manager our performance marketing function.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads and a strong ability to translate business objectives into high-performing, measurable campaigns. This role will be responsible for shaping campaign strategy, optimising performance, managing budgets, leading a team and delivering measurable growth across a diverse client portfolio.

You will work closely with creative, analytics, account management, SEO, social media and technology teams to build integrated campaigns that drive qualified leads, revenue and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Shopping, App and remarketing.
• Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with each client's business goals, target audience, funnel stage and growth priorities.
• Oversee campaign structure, keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding, budget allocation and conversion-rate optimisation.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CVR, customer acquisition cost, lead quality and revenue contribution.
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and scale.
• Manage high-value advertising budgets and multi-client portfolios while maintaining strong performance standards and turnaround timelines.
• Ensure robust conversion tracking, attribution and reporting through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and relevant measurement tools.
• Create clear, actionable performance reports and communicate insights effectively to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, social, analytics and technology teams to improve campaign outcomes and build cohesive growth strategies.
• Lead, mentor and develop the performance marketing team, while establishing scalable processes, quality checks and optimisation frameworks.
• Stay updated with platform developments, automation, AI-led bidding, attribution changes and emerging performance marketing opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with advanced expertise in Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Shopping, App and remarketing campaigns.
• Proven experience in keyword planning, campaign structuring, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, budget management and conversion optimisation.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, e-commerce and revenue-focused campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution and performance reporting.
• Ability to interpret data, identify performance gaps and translate insights into clear optimisation actions.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets and high-volume client portfolios.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• A process-oriented approach, with the ability to build efficient systems and mentor team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads or other marketplace/performance advertising platforms.
• Exposure to CRM integration, marketing automation, landing-page optimisation and first-party data strategies.
• Experience working in an agency environment and managing multiple client accounts.
