We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager (Meta & Google Ads) – Fashion & Apparel Industry

Feathers Closet is looking for an experienced Media Buyer to scale our brand's performance in the national and international markets through Meta & Google Ads. If you're passionate about fashion marketing, data-driven strategies, and high-ROI campaigns, we want you on our team!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns for maximum conversions.
• Analyze ad performance, A/B test creatives, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing team to align ads with brand identity.
• Scale performance in both domestic and international markets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads for fashion or apparel brands.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of scaling performance campaigns.
• Experience in international market expansion is a plus.
• Ability to strategize and execute high-ROAS campaigns.
• Familiarity with Shopify, tracking pixels, and performance marketing tools.

Location: Malviya Nagar RIICO , Jaipur (Raj.)

Salary: 30,000-50,000 depending on experience.
