Performance Marketing Manager

We're Faihai, a growing ecommerce & growth agency built by brand-side folks who've scaled some of the biggest D2C businesses.

We're now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join us and take charge of scaling campaigns across Meta and Google.

What You'll Do:

●     Own and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end from setup to scaling.

●     Track, analyze, and optimize for real results (ROAS, CAC, the works).

●     Build and manage performance reports in Excel/Sheets.

Work closely with the content, design, and brand teams to align messaging and creative strategy.

You're Right for This Role If:

●     You've spent 1 to 3 years running Meta + Google Ads with strong results to show.

●     You're comfortable working with data and building clear performance dashboards.

●     You know your way around ad structures, targeting logic, pixel setup, and attribution.

●     You're based in Bangalore and ready to work from our Indiranagar office (this is not a remote role).
